Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our location in Columbus, OH, US. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Estimated delivery times are in addition to the processing time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are pleased to offer:
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.00 within the domestic US.
For orders under $50.00 and for expedited or international shipping, costs will be determined by the weight, dimensions of your package, and the delivery destination.
International Shipping

Tracking Your Order

Lost or Damaged Packages
Philippine is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
